Prepare yourselves for an extraordinary evening that will touch your heart and move your soul and inspire you to take action.
Join us for an insightful evening as we screen the documentary, We Are the Giant. This film takes us on a journey through the revoutions of dignity in Libya, Syria, and Bahrain. Released in early 2014, it sheds light on the events that unfolded in these regions.
After the screening, the panel discussion will focus on what has happened in the region since, what have we learned about revolutions and the forces that back dictatorships, and the importance of solidarity between movements.
The panel will conclude with talking about organizing and messaging for moving forward – what is needed, and how we can organize to link movements beyond borders.
