On this historic day, we declare that the revolutionary and opposition forces have taken the reins in our beloved Syria, and we reaffirm our commitment to building a free, just, and democratic state where all citizens are equal, without discrimination.

We pledge the following:

To call for unity and join forces to rebuild our nation, laying the foundations of freedom, democracy, and justice.
To strive for comprehensive national reconciliation and a legitimate transitional justice process, ensuring that those who have committed crimes against the Syrian people are held accountable.
We deeply appreciate the warm welcome from so many of you around the world, as well as the incredibly generous support in amplifying our quest for freedom and dignity, fighting for justice and accountability, and providing aid for causes close to our hearts—especially in human rights and humanitarian efforts.
